about
photo by my lovely and talented sister
My name is Elizabeth (or Liz or Lizzy or some combination of these depending on the context). I grew up under tall oak trees in New Jersey but these days call the Rocky Mountain west home. I love nature and the outdoors, reading, dark chocolate, traveling, studying languages (l'italiano e[t] français), and all things botanical. I love photography and writing and a blog is a great place for those sorts of hobbies.
