Easter

Today is Easter and also my birthday. I was thinking about this Easter day and the eternal significance of the events that took place in the Garden of Gethsemane, on Calvary's hill, and in the garden so long ago. Viewing these effects through the lens of my birthday was cause for further reflection and gratitude—I am so grateful for this life and the experiences and opportunities that accompany it. I'm thankful for the mistakes that help me learn, the errors that shape me to be better, and the hope for the future that the Atonement gives to me. And I love this hymn and this beautiful iteration of it. Happy Easter!
