pumpkin business.

many an october weekend of my childhood was spent at my grandparents' pumpkin patch...so it's a little tragic how i haven't been there in 3 years. i miss eating apple cider donuts, and making them (okay, i only miss that part a little), and i miss dancing around the barn to 'ghostbusters' after it got dark and all the customers were gone.

i desperately wish i could drop everything and fly to upstate ny for the weekend! my cousin wade is actually doing just this, so i made him promise to bring me back some cider donuts. the most exciting thing is that the pumpkin patch is in its 25th year of business! so if you're ever in schoharie ny.....you should probably drop by.
